  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Pharmaceutical Services Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997 (“the Pharmaceutical Regulations”) which govern the arrangements for the provision of pharmaceutical services under the Health and Personal Social Services (Northern Ireland) Order 1972. The changes are consequential to the Health and Social Care Act (Northern Ireland) 2022 (2022 c. 3 (N.I.)).",
