# Pharmaceutical Services (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1998, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations.)
These Regulations amend the Pharmaceutical Services Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997 (“the principal Regulations”) by making provision for all nurses employed by medical practitioners (and not just those employed in fundholding practices) to write prescriptions.
