Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1)

This Order may be cited as the Pharmacy (1976 Order) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2012 and, subject to paragraph 2, shall come into operation on 1st October 2012.

Article 4, in so far as it relates to Article 4A of the principal Order, shall come into operation on 1st June 2013.

(3)

In this Order—

“the Department” means the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety;
“the principal Order” means the Pharmacy (Northern Ireland) Order 1976^f1.
