  "text": "A person shall not be appointed to, or hold, the office of chemist, compounder or dispenser in any institution maintained at the cost of, or in receipt of aid from, public funds in Northern Ireland unless he is a registered pharmaceutical chemist or a fully registered person within the meaning of section 55 of the Medical Act 1983.",
