# The Pharmacy Order 2010, Paragraph 52: Amendment of the National Health Service (Discipline Committees) (Scotland) Regulations 2006

In regulation 4(6) of the National Health Service (Discipline Committees) (Scotland) Regulations 2006 (provisions relating to the start of disciplinary proceedings), for sub-paragraph (iv) of the definition of “relevant professional body” substitute—
“(iv) in relation to a pharmacist, the General Pharmaceutical Council;”.
