# The Pharmacy Order 2010, Paragraph 16: Application of TUPE

Extent: E+W+S

The transfer of the functions of the Society to the Council by virtue of this Order is to be treated as a relevant transfer for the purposes of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006, whether or not, apart from this paragraph, it would be considered such a transfer.
