# Physical Training and Recreation Act 1937, Section 8: Expenses of executing Act.


(1) All expenses incurred by the Secretary of State for the purposes of this Act, including the amount of any grants paid or payable under or by virtue of this Act, shall be defrayed out of moneys provided by Parliament.
