# The Phytosanitary Conditions (Amendment) Regulations 2021, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Phytosanitary Conditions (Amendment) Regulations 2021.
(2) They come into force on 22nd June 2021.
(3) They extend to England and Wales, and Scotland.
