# The Phytosanitary Conditions (Amendment) Regulations 2022, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Phytosanitary Conditions (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and come into force—
(a) as regards this regulation, regulation 3 and regulation 2 so far as it relates to regulation 3, on 2nd March 2022;
(b) otherwise, on 8th August 2022.
(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales, and Scotland.
