  "text": "The provisions of the 1990 Act mentioned in paragraph 1 above, as applied by that sub-paragraph, shall not have effect in relation to apparatus as respects which Part III of the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 or the provisions of Schedule 4 or Schedule 5 to this Order apply.",
