  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Pig Carcase (Grading) Regulations 1988 in two respects:\n(a) by up-dating the definition of the Commission Decision following an amendment to that Decision authorising the methods for grading pig carcases in the United Kingdom (regulation 2(a)); and\n(b) by making a minor clarification of the particulars to be notified by an occupier of a slaughterhouse to the appropriate Minister (regulation 2(b)).",
