# The Pig Carcase (Grading) (Amendment) Regulations 1989, Regulation 2: Amendment of the Pig Carcase (Grading) Regulations 1988


The Pig Carcase (Grading) Regulations 1988 shall be amended:
(a) by substituting for the definition of “the Commission Decision” in regulation 2(1) thereof the following definition:
““the Commission Decision” means Commission Decision No. 88/234/EEC authorising the methods for grading pig carcases in the United Kingdom, as amended by Commission Decision No. 88/478/EEC”;
(b) by substituting for paragraph 1(iv) of the Schedule thereto (particulars of the occupier of a slaughterhouse to be notified to the appropriate Minister) the following sub-paragraph:
“(iv) the council of a London borough the name and address of the council.”.
