  "text": "AGRICULTURE\nMade 7th July 1988\nLaid before Parliament 15th July 1988\nComing into force\nRegulations 1, 2, 3, 6(1), 10 and 11(1)(a), (4) and (5) and the Schedule 5th August 1988\nRemainder 1st January 1989\nThe Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and the Secretary of State, being Ministers designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 in relation to the common agricultural policy of the European Economic Community, acting jointly in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by the said section 2(2) and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:—",
