# The Pig Carcase (Grading) Regulations 1994, Paragraph 1


(a) If an individual, his name and address;
(b) if a joint owner or a partnership, the full names and addresses of the joint owners or partners;
(c) if a company (as defined by section 735(1) of the Companies Act 1985), the full name, registered office and registered number (allocated under section 705(1) of that Act) of the company;
(d) if any other body, the name and address of that body.
