  "text": "AGRICULTURE, WALES\nMade 28th February 2001\nComing into force 1st March 2001\nThe National Assembly for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 1 of the Farm Land and Rural Development Act 1988 and sections 28 and 29 of the Agriculture Act 1970 makes the following Scheme:",
