# The Pigs (Records, Identification and Movement) (Amendment) Order 2018, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order amends the Pigs (Records, Identification and Movement) Order 2011 (S.I. 2011/2154). It removes the requirement for movements to be reported to BPEX or MLCSL and replaces it with a requirement to notify movements to a person nominated by the Secretary of State.
