# The Pigs (Records, Identification and Movement) Amendment (Scotland) Order 2008, Article 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) This Order may be cited as the Pigs (Records, Identification and Movement) Amendment (Scotland) Order 2008 and comes into force on 5th December 2008.
(2) This Order extends to Scotland only.
