Article 2 Amendment of the Pigs (Records, Identification and Movement) Order 1995

The Pigs (Records, Identification and Movement) Order 1995^f1 is amended in accordance with the following paragraph of this article.

In article 2(2) for “Council Directive 92/102/EEC on the identification and registration of animals^f2”, substitute “Council Directive 2008/71/EC on the identification and registration of pigs^f3”.
