In order to consult on permanent provisions to replace the interim provisions contained in that Order, this Order permits that Order to remain in force until 31st March 2004.

Made 30th October 2003
Coming into force 31st October 2003
The National Assembly for Wales and the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by sections 1, 8(1) and 83(2) of the Animal Health Act 1981 hereby make the following Order:

## 1 Title, application and commencement

This Order is called the Pigs (Records, Identification and Movement) (Interim Measures) (Wales) (No.2) (Amendment) (No.2) Order 2003; it applies to Wales and comes into force on 31st October 2003.

## 2 Amendment of Pigs (Records, Identification and Movement) (Interim Measures) (Wales) (No.2) Order 2002

(1) The Pigs (Records, Identification and Movement) (Interim Measures) (Wales) (No.2) Order 2002 is amended in accordance with this article.
(2) In article 1(2) for “1st November 2003” there is substituted “31st March 2004”.
