  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nWere it not for this Order, the Pigs (Records, Identification and Movement) (Interim Measures) (Wales) (No.2) Order 2002 would cease to have effect on 1st November 2003. In order to consult on permanent provisions to replace the interim provisions contained in that Order, this Order permits that Order to remain in force until 31st March 2004.",
