# The Pigs (Records, Identification and Movement) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2011, Article 2: Amendment of the Pigs (Records, Identification and Movement) (Scotland) Order 2011


For article 3 (notifications etc.) of the Pigs (Records, Identification and Movement) (Scotland) Order 2011 substitute—
“Notifications etc.
3. Any notice, walking licence, notification, authorisation or approval under this Order must be in writing, may be made subject to conditions and may be amended, suspended or revoked by notice in writing at any time.”.
