# The Pigs (Records, Identification and Movement) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2011, Introduction: Introductory text


This Scottish Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of a defect in S.S.I. 2011/327 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that instrument.

Coming into force 4th November 2011
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1 and 8(1) of the Animal Health Act 1981 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
