# The Pigs (Records, Identification and Movement) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2018, Article 2: Amendment of the Pigs (Records, Identification and Movement) (Wales) Order 2011


(1) The Pigs (Records, Identification and Movement) (Wales) Order 2011 is amended as follows.
(2) In article 2 (interpretation)—
(a) omit the definition of “BPEX”;
(b) omit the definition of “MLCSL”; and
(c) in the appropriate place, insert—
““AHDB” means Agricultural and Horticultural Development Board;”.
(3) In each place where it appears, for “BPEX” substitute “AHDB”.
(4) In each place where it appears, for “MLCSL” substitute “AHDB”.
