# Pilotage Act 1987, Paragraph 1


(1) In the definition of “pilot boat” in subsection (4) of section 4 of the Pensions (Navy, Army, Air Force and Mercantile Marine) Act 1939 for the words “section 45 of the Pilotage Act 1983” there shall be substituted the words “section 6 of the Pilotage Act 1987”.
(2) Sub-paragraph(1) above shall not affect the operation of any scheme made under that section before this paragraph comes into force.
