# The Pilotage and Port Services (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Pilotage and Port Services (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 and come into force on IP completion day.
(2) Parts 1 and 2 extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
(3) Parts 3 and 4 extend to England and Wales and Scotland.
