# Pipe-Lines Act 1962, Section 48: Determination by tribunal of questions as to compensation.

Extent: E+W+S

Any question with regard to a person’s entitlement to compensation under the foregoing provisions of this Act or the amount of compensation to which a person is entitled under those provisions shall, in default of agreement, be determined by , in the application of this Act to England and Wales, the Upper Tribunal or, in the application of this Act to Scotland, the Lands Tribunal for Scotland .
