# The Pipelines Safety Regulations 1996, Paragraph 1

Extent: E+W+S

A fluid which—
(a) is flammable in air;
(b) has a boiling point below 5°C, at 1 bar absolute; and
(c) is or is to be conveyed in the pipeline as a liquid.
