# The Pitcairn (Appeals to Privy Council) Order 2000, Article 4: Applications for leave to appeal


Application to appeal shall be made by motion or petition within 21 days of the date of the judgment to be appealed from, and the applicant shall give all other parties concerned notice of his intended application.
