  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nArticle 2 of this Order brings into force, on 30 April 2012, the following provisions of the Planning Act 2008, in relation to Wales, so far as they are not already in force —\nsection 188 (local development orders: removal of requirement to implement policies);\nsection 197 and Schedule 11 (appeals: miscellaneous amendments); and\nsection 238 and Schedule 13 so far as they give effect to the repeals specified in the Schedule to this Order, which relate to local development orders.",
