  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order brings into force on 6th April 2012 and in relation to England, the following provisions of the Planning Act 2008 (so far as they are not already in force)—\nsections 192 and Schedule 8 (tree preservation orders);\nsection 193 (existing tree preservation orders: transitional provisions); and\nsection 238 and Schedule 13, repeals relating to trees specified in the Schedule to this Order.",
