# The Planning Act 2008 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2009, Article 1: Citation and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Planning Act 2008 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2009.
(2) In this Order “the Act” means the Planning Act 2008.
