# The Planning Act 2008 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2009, Article 3: Provision coming into force on 1st October 2009 in relation to England and Wales


Subsections (1) to (3), (5) and (6) of section 190 of the Act shall come into force, in relation to England and Wales, on 1st October 2009.
