# The Planning Act 2008 (Commencement No. 2) (Wales) Order 2014, Article 2: Provisions coming into force on 8 August 2014 in relation to Wales


The following provisions of the Planning Act 2008 (so far as they are not yet in force) come into force in relation to Wales on 8 August 2014—
(a) section 185; and
(b) section 199.
