  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Planning Act 2008 (Commencement No. 5 and Saving) Order 2010.\n(2) In this Order—\n“the Act” means the Planning Act 2008, and\n“direction” means a direction under article 4 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995.",
