# The Planning Act 2008 (Commencement No. 6) Order 2011, Article 2: Provisions coming into force on 6th April 2011 in relation to England and Wales


Sections 14(1)(o) and 29 of the Act shall come into force, in relation to England and Wales, on 6th April 2011.
