  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nArticle 2 of this Order brings into force, on 6th April, 2011, the following provisions of the Act, in relation to England and Wales—\nsection 14(1)(o) (nationally significant infrastructure projects:general) in relation to waste water treatment plants; and\nsections 29 (waste water treatment plants).",
