# The Planning Act 2008 (Commencement No. 7) Order 2011, Article 1: Citation and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Planning Act 2008 (Commencement No.7) Order 2011.
(2) In this Order, “the Act” means the Planning Act 2008.
