  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nArticle 2 of this Order brings into force, on 1st October 2011, the following provisions of the Act, in relation to England and Wales and, to the extent specified in section 240(4) of the Act, to Scotland, so far as they are not already in force—\nsection 14(1)(p) (nationally significant infrastructure projects: general);\nsection 30 (hazardous waste facilities); and\nsection 153 and Schedule 6 (changes to, and revocation of, orders granting development consent).",
