  "text": "(1) Section 211 (preservation of trees in conservation areas) is amended as follows.\n(2) After subsection (1) insert—\n“(1A) Subsection (1) does not apply so far as the act in question is authorised by an order granting development consent.”\n(3) After subsection (5) insert—\n“(5A) Subsection (5) does not apply so far as the act in question is authorised by an order granting development consent.”",
