  "heading": "Community Infrastructure Levy: repeals",
  "text": "(1) The following provisions of PCPA 2004 shall cease to have effect—\n(a) sections 46 to 48 (planning contribution), and\n(b) paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 (repeal of sections 106 to 106B of TCPA 1990 (planning obligations)).\n(2) The Treasury may by order repeal the Planning-gain Supplement (Preparations) Act 2007 (c. 2).",
