  "text": "(1) Subsections (1) to (3A) of section 53 apply to Crown land subject to subsections (2) and (3) of this section.\n(2) A person must not enter Crown land unless the person (“P”) has the permission of—\n(a) a person appearing to P to be entitled to give it, or\n(b) the appropriate Crown authority.\n(3) In section 53(3), the words “Subject to subsections (9) and (10)” must be ignored.\n(4) Subsections (4) to (6) and (9) to (11) of section 53 do not apply to anything done by virtue of subsections (1) to (3) of this section.",
