# Planning Act (Northern Ireland) 2011, Section 11: Withdrawal of development plan documents


(1) A council may, in such manner as may be prescribed, at any time before a development plan document is submitted to the Department under section 10(1), withdraw the document.
(2) The Department may, at any time after the development plan document has been submitted to it under section 10(1), direct the council to withdraw the document.
