# Planning Act (Northern Ireland) 2011, Section 13: Review of local development plan


(1) A council must carry out a review of its local development plan at such times as the Department may prescribe.
(2) The council must report to the Department on the findings of its review.
(3) A review must—
(a) be in such form as may be prescribed; and
(b) be published in accordance with such requirements as may be prescribed.
