# Planning Act (Northern Ireland) 2011, Section 20: Guidance


In the exercise of any function conferred under or by virtue of this Part, the council must have regard to any guidance issued by—
(a) the Department;
(b) the Department for Regional Development;
(c) the Office of the First Minister and deputy First Minister.
