# Planning Act (Northern Ireland) 2011, Section 21: Annual monitoring report


(1) Every council must make an annual report to the Department.
(2) The annual report must contain such information as is prescribed as to the extent to which the objectives set out in the local development plan are being achieved.
(3) The annual report must—
(a) be made at such time as may be prescribed;
(b) be in such form as may be prescribed;
(c) contain such other matter as may be prescribed.
