  "text": "(1) This Act, except sections 146 (including that section as applied by section 157(6)), 156, 161 and 166, binds the Crown to the full extent authorised or permitted by the constitutional laws of Northern Ireland.\n(2) But subsection (1) is subject to express provision made by the following provisions of this Part.",
