  "text": "Notwithstanding anything in Article 19(1)(a) of the Magistrates' Courts (Northern Ireland) Order 1981 (NI 26), a magistrates' court shall have jurisdiction to hear and determine a complaint charging the commission of an offence under section 152 if the complaint is made within 3 years from the time when the offence was committed or ceased to continue.",
