# Planning and Compensation Act 1991, Paragraph 13


In Schedule 1 (local planning authorities: distribution of functions), in paragraph 1—
(a) in sub-paragraph (1)(d) for “disposal” there is substituted “ depositing ”; and
(b) sub-paragraph (2) is omitted.
