  "text": "In section 31 of the Compulsory Purchase Act 1965—\n(a) after “but” there is inserted “ in the case of land which is not diocesan glebe land ”,\n(b) for “to be applied” there is substituted “ and, in the case of diocesan glebe land, shall be paid to the Diocesan Board of Finance in which the land is vested and, in either case, shall be applied ”, and\n(c) at the end of that section there is added— “ In this section “Diocesan Board of Finance” and “diocesan glebe land” have the same meaning as in the Endowments and Glebe Measure 1976. ”",
