# Planning and Compensation Act 1991, Paragraph 1


In section 114 of the Lands Clauses Consolidation (Scotland) Act 1845 (compensation to be made to tenants for a year etc.), for “in his tenancy by the severing of the” there is substituted “ by severing ”.
